Bacon: Day 3

It’s now been 3 days (far surpassed the 3 hours the bacon recipe called for) and my bacon has lost all of its juice.

I vigorously rinsed off the salt and brown sugar from the bacon and have set up a drying rack made of interlaced chopsticks (I don’t have a roasting pan and rack).

Now the bacon needs to air dry in the fridge for 24 hours until it is dry and then I will cook it in the oven!
